I think it’s safe to say that it’s officially the hottest time of the year.
As the temperature is rising, so is our desire to stay indoors. However, don’t let the daunting weather deter you from staying active. Instead, use this as an opportunity to keep cool with fresh, whole foods and try out a summer activity:
- water aerobics
- rock climbing
- a sunrise walk
- a new sport
Just a slight amount of activity a day can significantly increase your mood and energy levels. So choose to get outdoors and stay active. Just remember to stay hydrated while you’re at it!
