SonBridge is excited to announce we extended our store hours on Thursdays from 10-7.
SonBridge Center for Better Living is a non-profit organization that provides our community with opportunities to transform their lives for the better.
We offer Successful Living programs to educate individuals on health, mental wellbeing, and financial smarts. Our building also provides a venue for support groups such as NA, and AA. One of our most impactful ministries is the SonBridge Dental Clinic that offers quality care for Medicaid patients. All of these services would not be possible without the support of our community. To support these programs, SonBridge operates a Thrift and Gift store for our community to shop at. By donating, volunteering, or simply shopping at our thrift store you are helping us reach out and serve more in our community. Because of your steadfast support, we are happy to announce that we will be extending our store hours on Thursdays, starting April 15. The store will operate from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. “Some of our friends and neighbors can't shop because they have to work during the usual store hours.” Executive Director, Norman Thiel explains. “This plan was intended for 2020, but like many other things was derailed by COVID-19. We are restarting this plan to make 2021 a bright new year.” SonBridge is always accepting donations for the store. Our donation hours will remain unchanged. “We have a fun time preparing unusual treasures to sell--and we want to make sure all our neighbors and friends have a chance to see them.” Thiel concludes. Much like our donations, we are also accepting new volunteers who are willing to help out in the store or behind the scenes.
